What are the features of FUZE?

  • Create and share your TOP10

When you first start the app, you can create a TOP10 list that reflects your preferences. You can also discuss TOP10 games in the community and meet players who like similar games.

  • Add games to your library

When you rate a game, it will be added to your library. Collect all the games you have enjoyed playing from your childhood to the present.

  • Creating My Own Collection

A collection is a treasure box that gathers various games together. Create a private collection to manage your games by category or create a public collection to show off. You can also make a game collection to recommend to friends or acquaintances and share it.

  • Making a Profile Avatar

FUZE has unique profile avatars waiting for you. Customize your avatar freely in your profile. The completed avatar will be displayed as an icon in community posts and comments. In addition, as you level up through activities within the app, you can acquire more avatar parts.

How do I fill my library?
Your library will be filled with "games I've reviewed." When you select one in the review tab, the review is completed and the number of games in your library increases. Try adding all the games you've played so far to your library.
 
How can I level up?
You can level up by logging in once a day to receive a bonus experience point. It's important to use the app every day to maximize your experience gain.
Additionally, you can earn experience points by receiving reactions such as likes from other users on your posts, reviews, collections, and other content you create. The system rewards high-quality content, so it's recommended to create well-written reviews and posts that will continue to earn experience points even a year later.
 
Finding your ID
Currently, the app does not support the feature to find your ID. Please contact customer support via email (support@fuze.io) for inquiries. It will be updated in the future.
 
Changing your ID
When you start FUZE, a guest ID is initially assigned to you. After registering, you can change your ID following the steps below:

  1. Tap the bottom center icon twice to go to your profile.

  2. Your ID will be displayed just below your avatar. Tap the pencil icon on the right.

  3. Delete your current ID in the ID entry field and enter a new ID.

  4. Touch the 'v' on the top right corner to confirm the ID change.

Note that once you change your ID, you will not be able to change it again for 30 days.
 
If you forget your password:
If you can't remember your password, please follow the steps below in sequence:

  1. Touch "forgot password?" on the sign-in screen.

  2. An email containing a password reset link will be sent to the email address you registered with.

  3. Click the link and go through the authentication process.

  4. Once the authentication is complete, you can enter a new password.

  5. Log in to the app with your new password.

 
Changing your password in the app
If you want to change your password in the app, you can do so by selecting "Change Password" in the Profile -> Options menu.
 
How to report a user
Please report any user who sends messages that violate the FUZE operating guidelines.

  1. Touch the ... in the upper right corner of the message window.

  2. Touch Report and write the report content.

  3. Press the Send button to submit the report.

 
What happens when you report something?
After you report something, the administrator will review the report and determine whether the reported content violates the rules. If it is found to be a violation, the content will be deleted and disciplinary action will be taken against the player who shared it.
Making false reports is a violation of the operating guidelines, and if such behavior is detected, the account may be temporarily or permanently suspended.
 
How to block a user
If a particular user repeatedly engages in behavior that causes discomfort, they can be blocked using the following method:

  1. Touch the ... in the upper right corner of the message window.

  2. You will be immediately blocked when you touch Block.

  3. Blocked users will be displayed in Profile -> Blocked users.

  4. To unblock a blocked user, touch the Blocked button to the right of their name.

 
How can I find out if my account has been suspended?
If your account has been suspended, you will see an error code when trying to log in to FUZE. Additionally, if a disciplinary action has been confirmed, we will send an email explaining the reason and duration of the suspension to the email address associated with your account. If you have not received this email, please check your junk or spam folder.
 
If you have not received notification via email, please contact customer support (support@fuze.io).
 
Is it possible to appeal a disciplinary action?
All disciplinary actions taken by FUZE are conducted after a thorough investigation. Disciplinary actions are final and cannot be appealed.
 
How do I delete my account?
If you wish to delete your account, please follow the steps below:

  1. Enter your profile.

  2. Select Options.

  3. Choose "Delete Account" at the bottom.

  4. Check the precautions for deleting your account.

  5. The customer support team will confirm and process your withdrawal.

 
Can I cancel my account deletion request?
When you request to delete your account, it will be deactivated and finally deleted after 30 days. A final deletion email will be sent to your email address when the account is deleted. If you log in again within 30 days, the deletion request will be automatically cancelled.
